Oftentimes, artists that are applying for certain positions don’t get the opportunity to showcase their artwork before they’ve been reviewed by an automated system for their on-paper credentials. I researched and empathized the pain points for junior designers and based on my local research, I created an app that at first separates the art from the artist so it leaves zero room for bias between company and employer. With this in mind, I wanted to make it more accessible for companies to hand-select the right candidates for them with a swiping method app structure based on the style and work of the artist.
